Born and raised in Windheim, Samuel discovered his passion for working with wood at an early age. After successfully completing his apprenticeship as a carpenter, he gained valuable experience in various companies before taking the courageous step of becoming self-employed.
Today, he brings his craftsmanship and creative vision to every project to create bespoke woodwork. As the founder and driving force behind SAN quality, Samuel ensures that all processes run smoothly, maintains important partnerships and ensures the company's success. His leadership and commitment are the basis for the continuous growth and development of SAN quality.

2018
The Beginnings of a Vision
In 2018, Samuel Anton Neubauer, then an ambitious young entrepreneur, started his exciting journey into the world of entrepreneurship. While still at school, in the 9th grade, he took part in a young entrepreneur program that sparked his passion. This experience awakened in him the desire to achieve more and implement his own ideas. The coaching of Dr. Thomas Kneitz, founder of CIK (Campus Innovations Kultur GmbH), was particularly influential. Dr. Kneitz inspired him not only to act as an entrepreneur, but also to make positive changes to his environment. The opportunity to take risks and bring about real change never left Samuel alone and became his greatest motivation.
2019
The first steps in woodcraft
In 2019, Samuel began his apprenticeship and used his free time to create small wood projects for friends and family. These projects gave him the opportunity to see how he could design and change things differently as an entrepreneur - something that would not have been possible in a normal job. The challenges of planning precisely and selling successfully became valuable lessons along the way. In October of the same year, he deepened his knowledge through sales courses, inspired by books such as "The Secret", "Think and Grow Rich", "The Laws of Winners" and "The 7 Years to Your First Million".
2020
Development in Challenging Times
During the Corona pandemic, Samuel used the time to intensively further his education and engage in self-reflection. In the peace and quiet of his workshop, he was able to concentrate on his projects undisturbed and delved deeply into the topics of self-discovery and sales. This phase was crucial for his personal and professional development. With new clarity and strengthened knowledge, he prepared himself to pursue and further develop his vision with even greater determination.
2022
The path to founding
In 2022, Samuel successfully completed his apprenticeship and deepened his knowledge in various companies. In the process, he gained valuable experience in general solid wood construction, window construction and CNC specialization. These diverse insights not only strengthened his craftsmanship skills, but also showed him the way to self-employment and laid the foundation for founding his own company.
2023
The founding of SAN quality
In July 2023, Samuel Anton Neubauer founded SAN quality to make his vision of sustainable wood art a reality. He initially ran the company alone for six months until an online marketing and administration manager joined the team in January 2024, who also took over the accounting. In February 2024, an experienced carpenter followed, completing the team. Together they presented the first cutting boards, which impressed with their outstanding quality and lived sustainability.
2024
expansion of the offer
In February 2024, SAN quality expanded its range of services to include a mobile sawmill that allows logs to be processed directly on site. This innovative method not only reduces transport costs and effort, but also protects the environment and offers customers tailor-made solutions.
