Are the wooden products dishwasher safe?

No, our cutting boards are not dishwasher safe. We recommend cleaning them by hand with warm water to preserve the quality and longevity of the wood.

How long does it take to produce customized products?

The time it takes to produce individual products varies depending on the effort involved and specific requirements. We attach great importance to quality and careful craftsmanship, so it can take different amounts of time. Of course, we will keep you updated throughout the process and inform you of the expected completion date.

Is there a guarantee on your products?

Yes, we offer a warranty on all our products. Should any problems arise during normal use, we are always available to help.
